After months (or years) of mysterious symptoms, being told that nothing is wrong or it’s all in your head, you finally have a diagnosis of Lyme Disease.
But now what? Is it even possible to heal from Lyme Disease? Is my life forever plagued with debilitating pain, brain fog, extreme fatigue, or worse?
A diagnosis of late-stage Lyme Disease in 2015 did give me answers, but it also left me seeking ways to support my immune system and reclaim my health. Years later, I am thriving well, in spite of my Lyme diagnosis.
No two Lyme journeys are the same, so my program is designed to support your specific challenges, needs, and goals.
Allow me to help you become a true Lyme Warrior.

When you are battling a chronic illness, this is the time when you need self-care the most. Here are few ways to practice self-care when you are in pain, exhausted, and overwhelmed.
Aromatherapy
The use of essential oils can activate the parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Practice Gratitude
Lyme can take you to the deepest of dark moods. Although it may be hard, having gratitude for even the smallest of things has been shown to decrease sensitivity to pain.
Hydrate
When you are dehydrated muscle and joint pain become amplified. Drinking more water can decrease muscle spasms and lubricate the joints so they move more freely.
Accept Help
Accept help when it's offered, so you can focus on your healing. Allowing others to help is your gift to them, as it helps them feel that they are contributing to your healing journey.
